AI practice to learning report
Connecting a learner conversation to the result a trainer and learning platform can trust.
- 01Learner identity
- 02Practice attempt
- 03Score and feedback
- 04Trainer review
- 05LMS report
A learner moves through structured content, a live practice conversation and feedback. The useful result depends on keeping identity, attempt, score, comments and course completion aligned.
Names, screenshots and learner records are intentionally excluded. The diagram uses synthetic labels to explain the system shape without revealing a client implementation.
Mahipal designed and coordinated the learner journey and the connections among course content, the AI interaction, backend status handling and reporting. The work included integration design, implementation support, testing and diagnosis of incomplete results.
Implementation choices
Decisions behind the work.
These choices address the points where a plausible demo can fail in real use.
- 01
Keep a distinct learner, session and attempt reference so repeat practice does not overwrite an earlier result.
- 02
Separate fast learner-facing score delivery from slower transcript or report preparation.
- 03
Use explicit completion and retry states so a temporary delay is visible rather than mistaken for a finished report.
- 04
Check the full path from course launch to trainer review, not only the AI conversation itself.
How to verify it
Test the whole path.
A representative test follows one learner through launch, practice, completion, score display and reporting, then repeats with an interrupted or second attempt. Each record must resolve to the correct learner and attempt.
Practical lesson
The handoff is the product. Conversation quality matters, but training operations need a traceable result and a clear recovery path when one system is late.
