I design and deliver digital learning and AI-enabled workflows that connect the learner experience with operational data and reporting. Since joining Indus Management Consultants in 2009, my work has grown from IT and learning-platform operations into assessment systems, SCORM and Storyline integration, conversational AI, automation, dashboards, and client-facing implementation.
From requirement to working system
My work covers the user journey, the data that moves between systems, and what learners, trainers, and administrators actually see. I help map those handoffs, test them end to end, and diagnose failures after launch.
Recent areas include AI practice journeys, LMS-linked assessment and completion flows, Google Apps Script backends, and reporting for training teams. I am also building TechYard Solutions as an independent practice focused on practical learning technology and business workflows.
